The family-run hotel is set on the quiet, wilder southwest coast of Mahé, at Baie Lazare, with its long ribbon of white sandy beach. The hotel reserve is intimate and full of regional character with wooden floors and thatch roofs that blend comfortably into the environment. The resort’s tiered layout affords breath-taking views of the shimmering turquoise sea while being surrounded by an abundance of trees and plants.
The suites’ cosy décor – soft tones of beige splashed with dashes of spicy, tropical colour – is everything you would expect from an island resort. Guests may choose from six studio, suite and villa accommodations, catering to honeymooners, solo travellers and large families.

Travellers seeking to discover local haunts and customs may rent a car or bicycles and cruise along the palm-studded coastline, discovering along the way. Or head to Frangipani Spa for a soothing, tranquil moment of harmony and bliss. Le Palmier Restaurant serves both Creole cuisine and international favourites. There are special themed buffets and set menus in the evening as well. 3 Junior Villa Suites each with an area of 55 m², are located on the hill. Modern and comfortable, they have an en-suite bathroom with shower, a private wooden terrace with sea views, a television, a safe and an outdoor Jacuzzi.

The Pool Villa of 90 m² is ideal for those who are on enjoying their honeymoon at Valmer Resort. There is also a veranda with a private infinity plunge pool, an open-plan kitchenette, a spacious living / dining room, tea / coffee making facilities, an espresso machine, a wardrobe with bathrobes, 2 flat-screen televisions, a ceiling fan, air conditioning, hairdryer, shaving unit, telephone and safe.

Covering an area of 120 m², the 2 Family Villas of Valmer Resort are spacious and ideal for families or groups of friends staying in the Seychelles. Very comfortable, each villa opens onto a wooden terrace with outdoor dining area and views of the sea and the tropical gardens. Each bedroom features its own en-suite bathroom with bathtub or shower. There is an open-plan kitchenette and spacious living / dining room, a wardrobe with bathrobes, a flat-screen television, ceiling fan, air conditioning, hairdryer, shaving unit, telephone and safe.

ROOMS FACILITIES
The restaurant Le Palmier, serves traditional Creole dishes and international cuisine and is open to the outside with views overlooking the ocean. It offers an à la carte menu for lunch and dinner and sometimes there are themed meals in the evenings.
La Gaulette Bar is located next to the infinity pool and offers views onto Anse Gaulette Beach. Stop by for the signature Valmer cocktail any time of the day or evening.
In close proximity to Valmer Resort are other restaurants, as well as in Victoria, the capital, which is not far. You may also stock up at the local supermarket and cook in the kitchenette of your suite or villa.

Children up to 7 years of age stay at Valmer on a complimentary basis.
The hotel has very spacious villas to accommodate your family and children.
A babysitting service is available upon request with a supplementary fee.
