Based in Cape Town-South Africa, The Test Kitchen is “a world-class dining destination that is worthy of a flight”, as described by the prestigious JHP Gourmet Guide. The restaurant has an international appeal and a waiting list of not less than 9 months for diners to be able to experience a unique culinary journey of 21 courses.
Along with its award-winning chef, Luke Dale Roberts, the pop-up restaurant will be set up from the 12th April to the 26th May 2018 at the Republik Beach Club & Grill including a Tapas menu (4 varieties) served in the “Dark Room”, and a 5-course menu in the “Light Room”.
These menus will blend the acclaimed chef’s expertise in creating outstanding gourmet experiences with local produce, pulling inspiration from Mauritian spices and flavours. Chef Luke Dale Roberts and his stellar team of 17 persons from The Test Kitchen will cook alongside the hotel’s chefs, training them in The Test Kitchen methods to create special dinners to remember!
