For your stay in the Maldives, the LUX* South Ari Atoll offers 42 Beach Pavilions of 60 m². Located along the east side of the island, these pavilions have a comfortable bedroom with outdoor terrace and direct access to the beach. 6 of the 42 Beach Pavilions are specially made for families!

The 45 Beach Villas of 95 m² of LUX* South Ari Atoll offer a magnificent view of the turquoise sea and give you direct access to the beach and the lagoon. They are located on the lagoon, along both sides of the island. These villas have en-suite outdoor bathrooms and are surrounded by a lush tropical garden.

The 12 Beach Pool Villas, each with an area of 116 m² are located on the sunset side of the island. The bathroom includes bathtub, two sinks and a separate shower. The furnished terrace is set beside a plunge pool, and the private garden is just steps away from the beach and lagoon.

The 38 Water Villas of 98 m² are suspended on stilts over the water, offering full privacy and direct access to the lagoon via steps descending from the terrace. Suspended on stilts over the water, the 46 Romantic Pool Water Villas have an area of 110 m² and offer the ultimate in luxury and tranquil privacy. Guests will enjoy the luxurious terrace, offering sunrise views with its private plunge pool and direct access to the lagoon. This is a cosy, shaded love-nest overlooking the ocean.

Designed for couples with unparalleled sunrise views and direct lagoon access, the 3 Temptation Pool Water Villas feature 220 m2 of luxury and space. These over-water villas enjoy a 14-metre infinity pool and Jacuzzi on the outdoor terrace, as well as a bedroom and separate glass-floored living room.

Featuring panoramic sunset views over the lagoon, the magnificent LUX* Villa is set at the end of the jetty with an area of 360 m². You may watch the sea life swimming beneath your feet through the glass floor of the living and room. The infinity pool is set on an extensive outdoor terrace and lounging area with direct access into the lagoon.

ROOMS FACILITIES
LUX * South Ari Atoll has 6 restaurants, 4 bars and a signature café to the delight of its gourmet loving guests. 24-Hour in-villa dining is also available for those wanting to dine in the privacy of their holiday home.
● MIXE is set on the beach and serves buffet-style breakfasts and dinners. In the evening you will be entertained by the live-cooking stations as well as genuine island performances.
● Senses is open for à la carte dinners, offering Middle Eastern and Indian cuisines. At lunchtime, light meals are served. A special theme nights is provided 3 times per week.
● East Market, an Asian restaurant and bar set over water on stilts with stunning views of the lagoon, displays delightful foods in a market style ambiance. For breakfast, you will be treated to European bakery goods and fresh fruits and veggies. In the evenings, the cuisine of this floating restaurant is largely inspired by Asian specialities from Thailand, Vietnam, China, Taiwan and the Philippines.
● Allegria is the hotel’s Italian beach restaurant, open only for dinner. You will see the cooks at work in the open space preparing pizzas, pasta and freshly caught seafood. Taste old world cheeses complemented by a glass of wine from the cellar. This restaurant may also be reserved for an exclusive evening with family or friends. Cooking and oenology courses are offered at the Allegria.
● Umami is a Japanese restaurant with an open kitchen, where sushi and Teppanyaki are prepared before your eyes.
● Beach Rouge provides delicious crispy pizzas straight from the wood-fired oven and served to you while you relax by the beach and the lagoon.
● Senses Bar & Lounge offers a selection of cocktails as well as Sri Lankan teatime service in the afternoon. You may also take a light lunch here or by the pool and relax over snacks in the evening.
● East Bar provides a chic catamaran-style lounging experience with seating in netted hammocks beside the lagoon. Below deck you will find an under-sea musical space where you can take in some dancing and partying.
● Lagoon Bar is a great place for a fast food lunch and sitting over a beer after a day on the sea. Located near the diving centre.
● Veli Bar is the pool bar where you will be grateful for tasty refreshments and daytime snacks.
● Café LUX * offers its signature roasted coffee on site at the LUX* South Ari Atoll.
*Dress Code: All restaurants and bars of the hotel allow casual outfits during the day (no swimsuits). In the evenings, you are asked to kindly wear semi-casual clothing (no shorts, jerseys, pareos or flip-flops).

Children staying in the Maldives will enjoy the PLAY Kids Club at LUX* South Ari Atoll. The club is open to children from 3 to 12 years old and operates from 9:00 to 19:00.
Adolescents from 12 to 17 years may take part in STUDIO 17 which is open from 10:00 to 19:00.
Daily programs are displayed for adults and children. In the evenings, guests are entertained by local Maldivian artists or there are themed programmes. On some days, live music is performed in the restaurants and bars. Beach Rouge hosts a live DJ on a daily basis.
