Sailing away with Islandian

It was a sunset to remember!

On board of a fantastic boat, enjoying a stunning setting with fine food, great company and a beautiful Indian Ocean sunset as the centrepiece of the evening. Everything was in place to create the perfect recipe for a unique Sunset Catamaran Cruise on the west coast of Mauritius. And when you opt for a special tailor-made island experience across the sea with Islandian, this is exactly what you get!

Friday 13th of April was all about a love affair with island life! While the blue waters were shinning bright, it was the perfect time to soak up the last rays of the setting sun on board of a Croisières Australes catamaran. After a full week of hard work, there was no better way to welcome the week-end than being on-board a catamaran sailing through the picturesque straits off the coast of Mauritius.

It was indeed a unique experience as the cruise was gathering the A-listers Mauritian influencers:

  • Joel Capillaire (joel_capillaire)
  • Marine Ferrat (marine.fantasea)
  • Dalysha Doorga (dalysha_imageconsultant)
  • Louana Lodoiska (louanna.lodoiska)
  • Mauritius Explored (@mauritius__explored)
  • Kelly Leclair (@kellyleclaire)
  • Miguel Hermelin (miguelhermelin)
  • Kinsley Laurence (kinsleylaurence)
  • Ashveen Ram (ashv33n)
  • Laetitia Darche (laetitia_darche)
  • Simon Lamusse (simonlamusse)
all joined the Islandian team for an exclusive sunset cruise. What an exceptional way to meet other fellow “Islandians”, share stories on board of the Harris Wilson II while waiting for dusk around tasty food, reflecting the rainbow of flavours of the island cuisine. Through the two-hour trip the entire crew and the guests kept a bubbly atmosphere on the cruise, relishing the different canapés and the good wine decanted for that special occasion.

While some guests were busy getting to know each other, many indulged in some shooting sessions to create wonderful island memories. Slowly the boat glided over the still waters of the Indian Ocean and all started to show their best dance moves to the music blasting, blending with the sound of the waves crashing.

When the catamaran got back to the jetty of Le Morne Anglers Club in Black-River, the joy of being together and the desire to come back again could be read on all faces. But if all good things come to end, they still can be repeated, so better get ready for the next sunset cruise experience.

You too, experience the sunset and the sea like a real Islandian!

Let’s plan your tailor-made trip!
