What do we offer?

Which destinations do you offer?

We currently offer four destinations: Mauritius, Rodrigues, Seychelles and Maldives. Stay tuned, as we will be adding more Indian Ocean islands shortly.
 
What is a pre-booking?
Your booking request is what we call a pre-booking without commitment on your part. It will allow you to know, under 48hrs, the flight and hotel availability corresponding to the holiday dates that you have communicated. It will also allow you to get a precise cost estimate for your trip and block the airplane seats (If Flight Option is chosen), which is highly recommended especially during the school holiday periods.

How soon will I hear from you, with my Pre-Booking request?
We value you as a customer and we will do our very best to get back to you within 24/48 Hours.

I have made my booking now what?
Upon receipt of your sales contract, your reservation is transmitted to the Tour operator. 
The period of confirmation of the availability by the Tour operator varies and cannot exceed 48 hours. 
Upon confirmation of the reservation, you will be informed by email. If however the hotel of your choice is fully booked, our travel experts will send you a new offer, which you can accept or refuse. In case of agreement on this new offer, a new sales contract will be sent to you.

I am happy with my received Pre-Booking Quote, what payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Bank Wire Transfers.

How do I change or cancel my booking and who should I contact?
For any modification or cancellation, contact directly your dedicated Islandian expert. Any modification or cancellation of your reservation must be confirmed by e-mail and may be subject to charges. These fees are included in the general terms of sale of your sales contract and will be confirmed before any changes are made.

What does a booking down payment (pre-payment) mean?
You will need to make a down payment once your booking confirmation is made to secure your island escape. The down payment is 40% of the total amount; the remaining balance will need to be paid 30 days prior to your departure date.

When and how will I receive my travel documents?

Ten days prior to your travel departure date, an Islandian Reservation Agent will send you, by e-mail, all your travel documents.
